Privacy Policy

HyprList is a product of Agee Holdings LLC, an Ohio limited liability company doing business as HyprList ("HyprList", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use hyprlist.com and the HyprList app, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Email address. When you join the waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address.
• Item photos. Photos you upload so HyprList can write a listing. We keep a smaller copy used by our AI and a sharper copy used for your eBay listing.
• Listing information. The drafts HyprList writes and anything you add or change: titles, descriptions, item specifics, sizes, condition notes, prices, quantities, package sizes and weights, and notes you write about an item.
• Shipping settings. Your ship-from ZIP code (used by eBay to calculate shipping costs for buyers), your saved package sizes, and your shipping preferences by item type.
• Messages to us. Anything you send when you contact us.

Information from eBay, when you connect your eBay account

When you choose Connect eBay, you sign in on eBay's own website.

HyprList never sees or stores your eBay password.

With your permission, eBay gives us:

• eBay access tokens. Digital keys that let HyprList act on your eBay account only in the ways you approved: posting and managing your listings, and reading your shipping, payment and return policies.
• Your eBay user ID or username, so we know which eBay account is connected.
• Listing information from eBay, such as listing IDs, listing status and your business policies, so HyprList can post, track and update your listings.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and technical information. Basic logs such as dates and times of use, the actions taken in the app, error reports, and the cost of each AI request. We use these to run, secure and improve HyprList.
• Cookies. We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and keep the service secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• write listing drafts from your photos and notes, and show you the results;
• post, update and track listings on eBay when you ask us to;
• run your account, including inventory and profit tracking features as they become available;
• send you service emails, such as waitlist confirmations and account notices, and, if you agree, product updates you can unsubscribe from at any time;
• keep HyprList secure, prevent abuse and fix problems;
• understand our costs and improve the quality of the listings we write;
• meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

3. How AI is used

To write a listing, we send your item photos and any note you wrote to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes them and returns a draft. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, Anthropic may not use this content to train its AI models.

AI drafts can contain mistakes. You review and approve every listing before it is posted.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to run HyprList:

• eBay, to post and manage the listings you ask us to, under eBay's own privacy notice.
• Service providers that work on our behalf and may use your information only to provide their services to us:
  • Anthropic (AI listing writing)
  • Kit (waitlist and email)
  • Netlify (website hosting, and receiving eBay's notices when an eBay account is closed)
  We will update this list as we add providers, such as for app hosting, data storage or payments.
• For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or HyprList.
• In a business transfer, if Agee Holdings LLC is involved in a merger, sale or similar transaction, with notice to you.

5. How long we keep information

• Photos and drafts: while your account is active, or until you delete them. Deleted drafts are kept for up to 30 days so they can be recovered, then removed.
• eBay tokens: until you disconnect eBay, the connection expires, or eBay tells us your eBay account was closed. Then we delete them.
• When eBay notifies us that you closed your eBay account, we delete the eBay data we hold about you. We keep only what we must keep to meet specific legal requirements, such as tax records.
• Account and billing records: as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
• Usage logs: up to 12 months.

6. How we protect information

• eBay tokens are encrypted when stored, are handled only by our servers, and are never shown in your browser.
• Connections to HyprList use HTTPS.
• Access to customer data is limited to people who need it to run HyprList.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you as required by law after a breach.

7. Your choices and rights

• Disconnect eBay at any time in HyprList, which deletes your eBay tokens. You can also remove HyprList's access from your eBay account settings.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
• Access, correct or delete your information by emailing drew@hyprlist.com. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know what we collect or to appeal a decision about your request.

8. Children

HyprList is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Where information is stored

HyprList is operated from the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we will update the date above and let you know by email or in the app before the changes take effect.
